Protected Health Information (PHI)
Your use of this AI tool may involve information that constitutes Protected Health Information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA").
- PHI may only be submitted to or processed by this AI tool in accordance with a valid, executed Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") between you and Jiro Health Inc. and in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws. If no BAA is in place, you must not input PHI into the AI tool.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any PHI input into or generated by the AI tool is permitted under your BAA and applicable law.
- Any AI output may itself constitute PHI depending on the information provided and must be handled accordingly.
